La Colmena (The Beehive) is a lovely restaurant/bar on the Palmanova sea front it’s located in front the Golf Fantasia site. (map at the bottom of this page)

There are plenty of tables on the terrace to sit in the sun and while the hours away. If it gets a bit chilly, you can always move inside where it’s just as comfortable and spacious.

Slight downside is that the terrace is right on the main road, but it’s not a big problem. In fact if you’re like me, you will enjoy watching the world go by while relaxing and enjoying the great views of the beach and sea. 

La Colmena serves draft beer and a selection of wines and you can enjoy complimentary nuts or olives with your beverage.
